(Nasdaq: UIHC) (the Company) , a property and casualty insurance holding company , announced today that it expects to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31 , 2012 , after the market closes on Wednesday , February 27 , 2013. The Company will conduct its quarterly conference call to discuss those results and review the outlook for the Company on Thursday , February 28 , 2013 , at 10:00 a.m. ET.
